      Great artists to work with.

      They say "we" are family, but wont keep up to their words. They just take advantage of the artists. BAD management.

      Company culture, projects, interesting to learn about VFX pipelines.

      Cons

      On-and-off layouts over the course of several years, often up to 8 months, low pay for work, no job security, promises for raises/promotions with no follow through.
