Pros
I've been working at WeGoLook for over 2 years and love being part of such an incredible and diverse team. It's funny to read some of these reviews (they are obviously made by 1-2 persons spamming the company because they were fired) because my experience has been similar to those around me. I had a different career before I started here and WeGoLook has given me the opportunity to learn and grow. Sure, they are not going to hold your hand, it's a fast pace and fast growth environment and that's what is fun about it. It is never the same boring job every day! We are making a real difference for our clients, the Looker community and my peers here. Some people are not cut out for challenges or to think on their own and that's okay too. But if you're up for doing something really cool, this is the place to be.
Cons
The building decor was a bit stale when I started but they recently updated it and it looks really cool. I would like to see more events scheduled for outside of work because I really loved going to the company picnic, baseball game and Christmas party with everyone.
