Pros

Downright the best company culture I ever encountered. It suits professional growth and the best values you could ever expect from your company.

Cons

I have not seen anything negative yet.

Pros

A very hard-to-get bonus system, where they should have a commission system. The rules for bonuses are stacked against you, with laughable profit brought to the company vs. bonus gained in return. Benefits that can be taken away and are not guaranteed, even when your devotion to the company is always needed.

Cons

How do you call a company that pays Europeans double what they do anyone else? And still, manage to have such inexisting profit-sharing with contributors that there is simply no one living in expensive countries (US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland, etc) working there. Upper management can't help but flaunt their luxury lifestyle on social media, though.

Pros

Supervisor is nice and understanding. She creates a good working environment. Workload is light.

Cons

You don't get paid for very menial tasks that do not help you develop any other skills. The only good that could come out of this internship is not having a gap on your resume and maybe getting a full time position within the company after it ends, although that is less likely now since the company has fired many employees in the last few months and is not looking to expand at the moment. My advice if you are possibly thinking of applying for this internship is, do it only if you legitimately do not have any other options and don't want to have a gap on your resume. Otherwise run away. It is not worth it. And it honestly feels they want to take advantage of Latin Americans and Africans since they are usually more willing to accept a bad offer. They want your free labor without offering anything in return other than a recommendation letter. Also they are not very transparent with the interns on whether they will be hired or not (and of course they aren't because if you aren't getting paid to do meaningless tasks you'd probably quit if you knew this won't give you an opportunity for a full-time position within the company.)
