To solve this, I actively began ignoring/doing the opposite of the COO’s instructions and the business took off with sales more than doubling in under 2 months.
Misinformation and inadequate/ incorrect training is continuously pumped throughout the organization. Flagging issues or making mistakes by acting on this misinformation and training will have you placed on performance review.
