      Pros

      They pay a base when you eventually find out you have to scour for leads and build your own pipeline as if you were starting your own business without any marketing.

      Cons

      - They don’t provide any leads to call except for a cold calling list. - They give you roughy 2 weeks to get a deal or else you’re fired - They lack fundamental business processes that are required in wholesaling RE besides having a marketing campaign.

      Pros

      Working for Wealth Cap is really fun! The team works hard but plays hard too. The leaders expect every employee to show up and give 110% but we get rewarded too. We go above and beyond to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones in our employees lives and I appreciate that!

      Cons

      As it's a start company, there are growing pains. Everyone has to be okay with change as we are figuring things out processes change.
