      A stint here will help you get a leg up in your career if you move on at the right time

      Cons

      This company is a poster child of Indian startup ecosystem. Run by extremely out of depth founders, and managers. Most seniors get very insecure if their colleagues are more knowledgeable or experienced than them. Any new joinee must be very careful who they trust. Almost everyone is a possible via media to the founders and is a squealer. The company is run like a baniya company while the founders extol the future prospects of their company to unsuspecting employees.

      Pros

      User-Friendly Interface: The digital platform is intuitive and makes managing insurance portfolios much easier for specialists. Streamlined Documentation: The system automates much of the paperwork, allowing for faster processing of client applications. Real-time Tracking: I appreciate the ability to track lead status and policy issuance in real-time through the dashboard. Efficient Tech Integration: The integration between CRM and product providers is seamless, reducing manual data entry errors.

      Cons

      System Downtime: Occasional lags or bugs in the partner API integrations can hinder the real-time processing of insurance applications. Dependency on external insurance partner portals which don't always sync perfectly. "Training not provided for system processes. The company lacks a central knowledge base. You have to rely on asking busy colleagues for help because there are no manuals or guided training sessions for the tools we use daily.
