They are quick to answer inquiries about any assignment, and are willing to work with you on many things. They like to keep writers they deem good, and show that appreciation to let those who work for them know they are valued.
Cons
There really is no downside to working for this company. The pay is not very high, but still reasonable and the work is steady, which helps to alleviate that factor.
