Pros
I've worked at a lot of startups that have talked a big game about work life balance, flat corporate structure, and building a positive, collaborative environment, but Weavy is the first one to back it up. Weavy is that rare fast-paced, early stage start up that genuinely operates on the idea that employees should work to live, not live to work. When it comes to high level strategic decisions, every person in the company is empowered to have input. This is the kind of place where you can disagree with a C-suite executive's opinion and they'll listen. The company also offers insanely generous PTO and health benefit.
Cons
Nothing is perfect. As with any early days company there can be a fair amount of hurry up and wait.
