Web Loft Designs takes a stakeholder approach to employment. We don't have layers of management, we have specialists and each of us is asked to take ownership of our "department" and make things work better. We are always in improvement mode and management is very open to new ideas. While we work remotely, we do make time to chat, laugh with one another and discuss our weekends, etc. We are also given some flexibility in schedule and ability to work remotely.

As a small business, we don't have resources and structures of larger companies. This has both benefits and drawbacks where some of internal administration can be disorganized.
