Pros
Everyone in the office is super friendly, there's never been a day I dreaded going to work. Communication is easy and there's a great, overall positive attitude. Even though I started as a high school intern, I have always felt valued, and like what I do easily translates into tangible results even if designs don't always survive the design process. Everyone's always looking for ways to improve and it shows. You can't go in thinking you know everything! Communicating with management is also super easy. Thankfully, this translates to very flexible work schedules that easily work around things like school.
Cons
Projects fly through fast. If you can't keep on top of keeping what you need to do organized, forget it. Sometimes you'll be working on something, and something else will come up that you have to change focus to on the drop of a hat. As long as you stay flexible, though, it's really not a big problem.
