Work-Life Balance - WebTPA understands that employees have lives outside of work, Employees are provided with a paid flexible wellbeing day & volunteer day each year. Career Advancement Opportunities - there are numerous avenues for career advancement through internal promotions or cross-departmental transitions. Regular performance reviews and feedback sessions ensure that employees are aware of growth potential and skills they need to develop. WebTPA leadership communicates goals of the company effectively with a large focus on transparency for new business needs. Consistent communication provides employees with a sense of belonging which helps drive everyone toward success! Great office space!! Each office was designed with employee comfort in mind. Office are well-equipped & provides an atmosphere for collaboration. Plus - everyone loves the free drinks & snacks!

Cons

As WebTPA grows there is a need to attract talent that aligns with our client's needs & be a good cultural fit. This has been a bit of a struggle; competitive pay seems to be a large factor especially since most positions are in office.
