The Owner lacks all leadership skills, is a reactive boss rather than a proactive leader. His knowledge in the industry is completely lacking, and hasn't kept up with the evolving nature of the industry. The 90 day "Probationary Pay" turns into your indefinite pay scale unless you bring it to his attention, however, even if you do bring your pay to his attention at that time he will lie and claim he never promised any pay change. It is in your best interest to record every conversation you have with the owner as otherwise you will likely have no evidence of his deceitfulness.
