Pros

The big long POSITIVE REVIEW for this company is just a description of company rule and is not a review if anyone read it carefully. This is purely a biased review from someone of top management (proprietor or others). Now starts the PROS: 1) Strict office hours which helps maintain work life balance 2) Timely salary 3) Good infrastructure 4) Good administrative and technical support

Cons

1) Too much interference of CEO and COO in every activity of us. 2) Expects clone of one employee in every 3) CEO do not have dignity at all, speaks illogical and rubbish. Uses slang language like illiterate and slum people. 4) Sits on head all day and do not allow 5) ZERO trust factor on employee 6) Bully and insults employee all time 7) No accreditation or appreciation 8) Enjoys stupid culture of taunting employees and co workers for even stupid reasons 9) Always fires gun based on junior employee's shoulder 10) Frequent biased and illogical and hours of discussions ...many more

Pros

Nothing that i really like about this company (CEO is a complete fool and nitpicker)

Cons

If you are a fresher, I strongly advise against joining this company. My experience as an HTML Developer Trainee from 21st November 2024 was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the CEO, Amit Keshan, who was responsible for training me. On my first day, I was assigned the task of creating a complex table. I completed it, using ChatGPT as a tool to assist me. However, the CEO called me into his office and insulted me, labeling me "oversmart" and nitpicking over minor issues like the width of rows and columns not matching the design exactly. I reworked the task using CSS to improve it, but instead of appreciating the effort, he chastised me again, saying, "Did I ask you to use CSS?" He even made an irrelevant comparison about school subjects, which felt more like an insult than constructive feedback. Throughout my short time there, he constantly belittled me, calling me a "disturbance" whenever I sought guidance, even though he was supposed to be my trainer. Finally, on 22nd November 2024, he involved HR and labeled me a "problem child," stating I wasn't a fit for their expectations of a "normal coder," and I was released. While the HR staff was polite, the CEO’s behavior was unprofessional, demoralizing, and not conducive to a learning environment. Freshers should avoid this company if they value respect and proper guidance.
