There is nothing pros that I can write

They don't allow employees to eat non-veg food in office. However, the sarcasm is that they regularly organize daru and hokaah party in the office. Third class work culture. Even in illness, you have to show proof to take a day's leave. HR is their puppet and employees are not more than roadside majdoor. I will never recommend anyone to join here. They are not looking for skilled professionals but freshers whom they can force to get their job done. They even force employees to stay at office after 8pm. Disgusting experience with them!

They have good leadership. Work from home was nice.

Pay was pathetic. 4000 words per day multiplied by total working days in a month =1,04,000 words (26*4000). And what they pay you? Literally peanuts. Its exploitation. I wish someine had stopped me
