Pros

- Amazing place to work at... if you are a friend or family of the management. - Very long smoke breaks, so it perfect for you if you enjoy many ciggy during work - Long lunch hours too, meaning general office productivity is low from 12-2pm. - Office is big and spacious, has a sleeping area, massage chair, foosball table, pool table, etc.

Cons

- Sudden pay cut because management failed to properly manage finance team - Whenever management realises there is a way to cut your benefits, they'll put it into action - Very frequent change to commission structure and goals, making it almost impossible for sales team to meet quota - Ridiculous commission policy: some previous colleagues even had to pay back up to 5 figures worth of commissions when leaving (this is a big reason why some people haven't left) - Terrible location, not many lunch options - Extremely draggy and unproductive "sales meetings" for management to pat their own backs - Poor mentorship (at least for sales team) and shoddy leadership - Operations team is extremely unproductive, especially the web/development team. They generally take a long time to get work done, making it a major challenge to produce good and timely work for clients.

Pros

Lady boss will always be on treatment for cardiac arrest or heart issues whenever you try to bring up the discussion of the mistreatment.

Cons

Tries their best to take advantage of their staffs. ( Management will try their best to make up a story which may sometimes involve the police in order to justify their reasons to hold or deduct your monthly basic pay.) - Unstable income ( your basic pay may be paid to you in installments without any warning, so be cautious) - Hidden terms in the employment contract. ( Make sure you read your remployment terms thoroughly as there are cases of ex staffs owing 5 figures after years of serving this company ) - Hidden charges/ deductions upon staff departure ( Management will give you all sorts of lame excuses in the very last minute, i.e: punctuality, system logins in order to find ways to deduct as much money as they can from your final pay) - Dishonest management team ( your manager may convince you to join based on an attractive pay plan which may be subject to change upon you joining the company.) - Flexible working hours comes with a hidden price ( you may be subjected to pay deductions based on their 'rules' . Exercise with caution)
