Pros

Working here wasn’t bad had a 2 month probation period to meet production goal as an order picker, and for the most part that’s not so hard for people to get but where a lot of people start getting caught up is with accuracy. This job is GREAT for stacking money in the short term. They give CRAZY PTO hours 160 every Jan I believe. The hack for that is I worked weekend shift made extra 2 dollars an hour and only had to use 36 hours of my pto to have the whole weekend off but then I would go in for overtime mon-thurs and you can get 36 hours of OVERTIME PAY right there in one week you can do that 5 times a year if you wanted to make a great check. But also could just do it and work 7 days a week wasn’t bad when I did it. Work here for consistent income if you can do the job and consistent raises

Cons

A bunch of random chicks on light duty that walk around snitching in people for stuff they didn’t even do and HR never helps with any situation like that just kinda make everyone right statements about what happened and talk with HR

Pros

Flexible schedules that aren't industry standard. 4x10 with Fridays off. Employees within your same team/departments are all friendly and share the same values and ideals Remote work Hasn't performed department wide lay offs -*See cons*

Cons

Pay to responsibility ratio is not great and the gap is widening No bonus Benefits are incredibly stale and haven't drastically changed in any meaningful way in my time here Company provided holidays aren't competitive Culture outside of your immediate team is very cliquey Upper management feels disconnected from day-to-day operations Career growth past mid range is non-existent, the entire department feels stale Department is small enough that directors and VPs will message you directly but big enough that accomplishments go unrecongized Corporate management sweeps things under the rug to avoid broader employee visibility Department heads aim to avoid layoffs but it's very clear that quality of life is being leveraged as a way to reduce headcount
