Pros

Work from home Salary though extremely low but on time.

Cons

Lack of Work-Life Balance: Unrealistic deadlines and long hours are the norm. Employees are often expected to work weekends with little to no compensation or recognition. Poor Management Practices: Middle and senior management seem disconnected from employee concerns. Feedback is often ignored, and there’s little to no opportunity for career growth or mentorship. Inadequate Policies for Employee Welfare: Policies around leave, mental health support, and flexible working are either outdated or non-existent. Employees are treated as replaceable, which creates a toxic environment. Limited Transparency: Decision-making processes lack clarity, and sudden changes in policies leave employees feeling blindsided. No Retention Policy : Due to poor treatment, the company experiences frequent resignations, which further burdens the remaining staff.

Dear Ex-Employee Thank you so much for your insightful review on Glassdoor! We’re absolutely thrilled that, despite the “extremely low” salary (but hey, at least it’s always on time, right?), the work-from-home perk made everything else bearable. Priorities, right? Your observations about “unrealistic deadlines” and the “lack of work-life balance” are truly appreciated. It’s great to know that our commitment to keeping the office lights on with weekend work (zero recognition, of course) didn’t go unnoticed. Also, we’re absolutely delighted that you noticed the “replaceable” employee culture—we’re clearly doing a stellar job creating that not at all toxic work environment. As for the “poor management practices” where feedback is often ignored, we’ll take that into account. But, let’s be real—management practices don’t need to be learned from freshers who’ve just graduated and seem to think they’ve mastered the art of leadership. Sometimes it’s better to have experience and wisdom over theoretical knowledge, don’t you think? Funny how you’ve highlighted these “concerns” just after being involved in certain practices that were quite far from the company’s standards. But who needs structure or integrity when you can focus on the “poor treatment” of employees, right? Your advice on growth opportunities and career progression is noted, though we didn’t see much of your leadership shining through, but maybe that was just an oversight. Thanks again for the feedback—it gives us plenty to work with as we continue making the workplace even more unforgettable. Best, WEBSTEP Team
