      good salary room to improve The team was knoelegable and alwasy willing to help

      overworked way too many clients and meetings per person unclear ways of working micro manged and quick to let people go / change projects ownership

      Great agency, smart team, great clients that the team is getting great results for. CEO is a great leader to work with, very caring. Great place to learn too, great training and processes in place.

      Pros

      Strong culture and training options. Clients have good budgets and have strong relationships with the team. Everyone works well together and good to bounce ideas off everyone.

      Cons

      mostly remote so if you don't love remote work that would be tricky.
