Pros
Great place to work! Fun environment. Fast paced and I have learned so much! People are open to helping and assisting in anyway needed. There are a lot of opportunities to move up and get promoted.
Cons
There are long hours which isn't exactly a con but if you aren't prepared or willing to not put in the typical 9-5 then maybe this place isn't for you.
