Pros
Great place to intern and learn about the broader alternative investment industry. Very experienced and knowledgable co-workers. Most of them are banking veteran. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Cannot think of any cons at this time. The company is quite small, but MDs are keeping good relationships with clients and are able to generate lots of deals.
