The problem with working here is the owner himself. Around the company with current and former employees they all know how hot headed he is, and the snap decisions he will make. On numerous occasions I saw him shouting abuse at coworkers having nothing to do with work itself. Personally I had been sat down in his office and given a heated lecture for joking with my manager at 7 in the morning about a running inside joke before a meeting. If you are working inside sales you must be able to sell to people who already said no, because the new prospects and clients are reserved for the first week to the outdoor sales people, giving you limited opportunity. They will and have taken sales from indoor sales people because they retroactively sold something past their week long allotted time to sell to the prospect. This happens frequently and unfortunately the owner cannot find a solution for this and this causes friction in the company, as well as limited job security. To not let this drag on, its a good company to get some experience in, their sales strategy is horribly flawed so commission and job security is minimal at best.
