The "marketing intern" position which I believe they have now called it a different position is just door knocking. Very hard to make weekend plans as you are expected to potentially be ready to work weekends due to weather delays. Manager is a good man, however the company is setting him up to fail which seems to have taken its toll on him. Have seen the company tell us one thing and be the complete opposite. If you join leave by time the lawn care starts, you get paid per job and no matter how much they stress you will be done by noon/1pm most days it was working from 6:30AM to 7:30PM with only maybe $90 to show for the day (about $7 an hour).
