None. A lot of promises made up front, but no substance
Cons
Management is out of touch with technology ,clients and employees. Technology is nothing but work arounds. Over promise on RFPs without the capability of actually being able to do the work. Employees then bear the brunt of unhappy customer and clients. Upper management has no problem throwing the employees under the bus. Employees are truly disposable.
