Cons
The current CEO is not a strong leader - she is too worried about making TikToks to actually make an impact on the business. The leadership she hired under her is chaotic-there is no direction or structure. They are uninterested in hearing anyone’s ideas but their own. On the rare occasion that they do like your idea, they’ll take credit for it and you’ll never get a “great job”. They have zero appreciation for relationships within the company and externally. They are extremely out of touch with what their target demo thinks is “cool”
