Pros
Pay was decent, matches with the steep learning curve and speed of a project. Great people work together and a very good place to learn new stuff even for an experienced consultant.
Cons
Management on site does not care about the employees (whether they are permanent or contractors) often disturbs you off-office hours weekends & holidays. And micro managing is the reason of why people keeps leaving the office, keeping people on toe without peace of mind. Why employ them if you can't let them have the liberty to work on their own?
