5yHello. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to see you valued the relationships you had with your peers during your time with us. However, it was disappointing to hear that you didn’t feel management was as understanding as you expected. We encourage a culture where our leaders support and encourage their teams and where they are continuously listening to and acting on feedback from their teams (e.g. through regular meetings, employee surveys, performance discussions etc). We shall share your feedback with management so we can look to understand how we can make improvements. In the meantime, thank you again for your feedback.
