High workload caused by "just enough" people to get work done. When it appears profits are not achieved, the "care for people" strategy seems to be less important. It appears to be a normality when budgeted profit is not achieved, team downsizing by making (innocent) people redundant is a normality. Redundancies are not done on performance, but on cost of salaries Unethical decisions are normal to achieve sales profit budgets.
