Flexible hours and good understanding when you need to call off, Good department level managers, friendly work environment.
Cons
Poor pay(3 years with the company, currently do work for four different departments, still making under $8 an hour), few advancement opportunities, middle to upper level management ranges from lazy to downright incompetent.
