Pros

The hours were always flexible, unless it was a holiday.

Cons

Once you take on this job you're signing your soul away. For 6 and a half years I was promised manager positions only to be told over and over again that I'm too nice, but I must train the people to take the Customer Service Manager position. Constantly do the manager's work and get no recognition until they need to throw you under the bus.

Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

Cons

Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
