Pros
Some great people work at Wejo.
Cons
I cannot really add more to what has already been said over the last few genuine reviews. However, I can totally support and reiterate the points they raise, specifically. - We have some great people working at Wejo. Unfortunately, a significant proportion of those leave sooner rather than later. - Information from the senior management is inadequate and delivered with little impact, engagement or passion. Employees can track the share price and read the content of the official filings. The perceived lack of honesty and transparency relating to company performance fosters “a them and us” culture. - For a company where tech should be at the very core of what we do; the lack of a clear strategic vision in this area is shocking. - The operation of the business often falls into the day by day / just in time delivery camp. Last min “rush jobs” are the norm rather than the exception. A clear measured roadmap of what we should be doing, justified by why we should be doing it, would help here. - With a few exceptions, the HR department is at best inadequate, and at worst deliberately unhelpful, defensive and not fit for purpose. With a clear conscience, I really couldn’t recommend Wejo as a company to work for.
