Doesn’t try to bring good projects. Learning curve declines due to working in poor projects. Creates an environment where the developer starts to think he/she need to work overtime. Digital garments where you need to check in before 9:30. And do kamlas. Hardwork is not recognized if the management doesn’t like you.
