Acquired by Mediware and the whole culture was changed for the worse. No documentation for anything. You are on your own. If you ask, it is like hazing. If you don't ask, you waste hours trying to connect the dots yourself. High stress. Untenable workload. People work nights and weekends and still can't get the work done. The software is suffering mostly because the old timers left with all the knowledge in their heads. Customers are rightfully disappointed with the product, subsequent support and the time it takes to get bugs fixed. QA is attempted but integrated testing falls short. It's a company that I would suggest you avoid. If you need a job take it. Many people don't last very long. So keep up the job search once you get there so you can get paid while you continue to look. Mediware has grown to fast and don't have enough permanent staff to bring up all the new folks. It stopped being fun.
