Pros
Health insurance covered for the employee, 401k is at a 25% match by the company, and you are vested on day 1.
Cons
Anything covered in orientation will never actually happen in the clinic; which is why provider turnover is so high. Providers have a clear lack support from leadership who openly respond with “there’s nothing we can do” when a problem arises. If something goes wrong, leadership will throw you over to HR in a heartbeat, and HR will not shy away from threatening to turn you in to the medical board / use other scare tactics. The pt care is very poor quality, and the workload is excessive. The CMO openly says “the patients can’t sue you because you work for an FQHC”… almost as a way to make you feel better about providing low quality care. The CEO is only interested in the drug rehab programs - not in any other aspect of this company. He refuses to have security anywhere on site but the patients regularly threaten and get violent with the staff. Company boasts about how great they’re doing as but they’re just interested in winning community awards while their providers drown with no support. This place is ALWAYS hiring.
