Pros
Getting to work from home as a call center agent, the benefits were great, & all the discounts being an employee.
Cons
Management seems to be threatened by great employees, the pay is by far not enough for the tasks you are responsible for, it is a very high school drama filled environment as well as management being very far from helpful.
