Pros
Outsource company, you do not need to pass exams of the clients like some others outsource companies
Cons
Clients can have horrible situations, but company management is not bother to care what exactly going on... My attempts to warn about situation were left without response. Me and my two other colleagues were fired without any reasonable cause within short period. No attempts to understand the employee side , you are responsible for everyone`s complains (not matter who he is what his reasons and what his rank)...
