3yWe put a lot of thought into our company policies and culture, with the goal of fostering balance and flexibility for our employees. We are glad that this is reflected in your experiences so far at Gympass! We recognize turnover has been a concern in the past, and as a result we've focused one of our People Team OKRs on keeping turnover below a certain threshold. We are tracking below that threshold, and we continue to consistently monitor employee feedback and the market to make Gympass an even greater place to work and build a career over many years. We agree that a streamlined and efficient interview process is key to making hires, and we recently completed a global interviewer/hiring manager training to educate the team on best practices. These trainings also will be available on Udemy for those who couldn't attend the live sessions, as well as for new Gympassers. We are excited to see the results of these trainings on future interview processes!
