We also appreciate you noting some areas where we've needed to improve and take action. In the past, we did face some challenges regarding quotas, but we've made significant improvements to the process. Now, all Sales teams receive their quotas in the first week of the quarter. However, during the most recent period, there were some discussions and corrections that unfortunately caused a delay in sending out the Client Success quotas. We acknowledge that this wasn't ideal and are actively working to ensure such delays are avoided in the future.
