Pros
Since coming to Wells I have been able to introduce new ideas taken form experience on other projects that has been implemented to improve current policies and procedures confirming Wells believes in a collaborative working environment and encourages speaking up when a good idea or process is worthy of discussion. A day in the office starts with entering a clean, very modern workspace with private floor to ceiling glass offices, fresh coffee and multiple conference rooms to work with a team or meet with subcontractors. Ownership and management are accessible with open door policy's for all, and unacceptable behavior or inappropriate activity isn't tolerated. Its truly an office I'm proud to work in. I enjoy working at Wells Construction for its open and transparent approach with its clients and its employees. I can work anywhere I'd like, but I chose Wells Construction over its competitors specifically because its more polished and professional that others.
Cons
I honestly have nothing bad or critical to say, Wells Construction provided me with a company vehicle, free coffee, a beautiful office with a fair salary and fair time off and the opportunity to earn bonuses on projects. Not to bad.
