Pros
There is great leadership. Unit Managers are visible on the units and have positive attitudes. The nurse educator is wonderful. They support education. The staff are positive, hard-working, and patient centered. The focus is on safe quality care.
Cons
They are working on how to approve vacation faster. The location requires for some of us to drive about 50 min.
