      Fighting for one of the most important causes in the world. Christian organization.

      Cons

      Distrusting senior leadership. Turnover rate is incredibly high. The HR Department is very untrustworthy. Wellspring summed up in one word: shady.

      Pros

      Very mission, driven organization doing great work in the human trafficking space at the local, and state levels.

      Cons

      There are a lot of safety challenges at this organization, severe understaffing, and an extremely poor culture. Staff members openly do not get along with one another, and I don’t think one of their locations is safe for children or employees.
