Good rate of pay and attached to an Award for support.
Cons
Poor staff training which impacts of service promise and causes high turnover of staff which also impacts of clients. Poor HR selection, employs people who do not have genuine empathy and willingness to go the extra mile to support clients and care workers. Very poor calibre of middle management in some states.
