Even though you may be given opportunities to learn new skills, you’ll be expected to take on new work after learning such skills and you’ll never be paid for it. Pay is often low and not competitive, the benefits are insanely poor and honestly embarrassing, the company environment is super negative and toxic—but the worst part of all is management.
The overall company management is super controlling and out of touch with employee needs. You’re expected to work to the bone and be grateful for the opportunity. Getting raises is like pulling teeth without numbing and the outcome is often disheartening. Management truly doesn’t care about employee satisfaction, whether it’s about pay, the environment, work–life balance, benefits, you name it.
I would never recommend working here to anyone. I was given a lot of opportunities, but I was underpaid, overworked, ignored, talked down to, and manipulated every single day. This place has a high turnover rate for a reason.
