Later they'll put drop an entire Load/Rout (Pickup To Delivery) on you that SHOULD be Relayed- Like a 2200 Mile load to deliver in 36 hours (3 back to back driving Shifts) Claiming "This is a High Value load, Progress load when possible Safely!". Just to make it clear that "Relay really is better for the industry." I Told a TM. Not my Assigned TM that We could not deliver on time, I'm a Trainer, My CoDriver is A STUDENT,.. We are Not TEAM Drivers.. She said "It's ok... we just need that load moving, just progress the load whenever safe and possible, We will look into having you swap (Relay)." I took that as I (and my student) were to just try and drive, set Me/Us up for failure, and blamed Me/Us for not "communicating," Yet, They Deleted messages, and wouldn't answer the phone, But then Appologized when they realized when they looked at My Metrics (As A Trainer), delivering the most loads getting 18 hours of driving in a day between me and my student/s, "I don't know how We even got this load on you!"
