      Decent work life balance for most. Fairly laid back culture.

      Cons

      Got acquired and laid off and restructured the company. Many employees hearts aren't in it and it doesn't seem like a good place to grow.

      Pros

      Company is well run. Stable company with good overall financials. CEO Greg Holt is excellent.

      Cons

      Still in a growth stage to get from medium company to large company. Used to have a small family feel but that's diminishing as it gets larger.

      Good healthcare in-house program. Have their own free or cheap clinic on site.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Kind to your face and unsupportive behind your back. Don’t recommend.
