Pros
Decent pay - upsilling to sensup Some rewarding aspects i.e actually helping nice customers but very rarely The unsecured sme's they were basically the point of contact if you needed help on calls , emotional support, a laugh and reassurance them all in their own individual ways were superb Not much calls
Cons
Very cliquey , this made it extremely toxic Toxic environment - say you failed a call you'd feel stupid Shifts - could get caught on call and sometimes wouldn't leave till 2/3 hrs after your shift Wescots structure- have tl/tm 1 does 121 one does coaching why not just the one Bonus- very difficult to hit Management/tls - will explain on management part Client - goalposts change all the time
