I never felt like they cared about me as a person and contributor. And if I did do a job well, the only reward was even more work that I could never seem to keep up with. I didn’t feel like I had any actual control over my responsibilities - they really are just looking for “yes” people. Any time I would bring up valid points to management I could never get anywhere. Then when things didn’t go well I was the scapegoat. I do not miss working in this environment.
