      Pros

      Paid training for road test for a cdl b license. Working with kids can be fun. Time off in the middle of the day)somewhat flexible schedule)

      Cons

      Low pay for rookies which will not help with retaining talent. High turnover rate which means a lot of staff have a non commital attitude about helping newer employees since they don't know if you'll be there in a few months.

      Great management, support, nice breaks, will help you advance in life.

      Part time, 2-3 hour gap between work shift.

      Pros

      Friendly and professional environment. Really great for retired people who are looking for a few extra bucks per month.

      Cons

      No 40 hours guaranteed. Different pay rates for driving positions while operating the same vehicle. Not paid for snow days and not enough holidays paid for. Slows down drastically in the summer. Not a good place for people who are not retired not much is offered in terms of 40 hours guaranteed to earn a living.
