Under paid, over worked and lousy benefits - Anonymous employee Western Aircraft Employee Review

The cost of living in Boise is beyond expensive and Western Aircraft does not want to pay what it takes to live there or to move people there. Yet at the same time they just spent millions of dollars on a new hangar to "grow" their business. The "Healthcare" and "benefits package" is a complete joke. Expect super high deductibles that make having a family nearly impossible. The parent company Greenwich Aerogroup has absolutely zero clue what goes on at this facility and they either don't care or just completely out of touch. Major lack of man power causes serious problems in the company and no one in management seems to ever be held accountable for this. In fact accountability is a major problem company wide. The culture at this place is awful! Management is very quick to point fingers but never blame themselves. Purchasing a mirror would be a great investment for the leaders over there to see who the problem really is.
