Pros
Job security. Huge responsibility - lot of challenging work - don't get bored. Good for MBA.
Cons
Not on par with other private companies - technical, perks, HR (the worst). Bond - 5 yrs. Not easy promotions- after10yrs ur salary doesn't Inc. much. Work at same location for nearly 15 yrs. High pressure.
