While no workplace or business is perfect, I found that most of the employees were kind, approachable, and happy to answer questions or provide assistance.

Since the company is still growing, there are plenty of opportunities to refine processes and ways of working. Most employees are friendly, approachable, and supportive, which makes for a positive work environment. At times, leadership can be quite involved in day-to-day work, and giving employees a bit more ownership and flexibility could make the experience even better as the company continues to grow.
